Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays to deliveries that are beyond our control.
Royal Mail are having operational issues across the country with reduced staff and increased volumes. It’s very frustrating, but completely understandable.
In line with Royal Mail’s guidelines, we must ask you to wait 10 working days after the due date to class the order as lost. We are not able to provide customer service response for orders until this time has passed.
1st class due date is 1-2 days from the dispatch date.
2nd class due date is 2-3 days from the dispatch date.
Working days are currently Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.
This is incredibly hard for us to take this stance, but absolutely necessary.
We will of course reship or refund orders after the above timeframes have elapsed without delivery. Just let us know and we will do the rest :)
